Background: Bali, as a dental tourism destination, has experienced an increase in visits from international tourists who require dental care. Patient satisfaction is influenced by five dimensions of service quality: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Objective: To determine the level of satisfaction of foreign tourist patients with dental and oral health services at a joint practice in the Panjer area in 2026. Methods: This was a descriptive quantitative study using a survey design. The population was foreign tourist patients who visited between March and April 2026. A sample of 35 respondents was selected using an accidental sampling technique. Data were collected using expectation and perception questionnaires and analyzed by calculating mean scores and frequency distributions. Results: The overall mean score of patient satisfaction across all dimensions was 2.44, falling into the “Very Satisfied” category. The highest percentages of the “very satisfied” category were found in the tangibles (74.3%) and reliability (57.1%) dimensions. The highest percentages of “satisfied” were found in responsiveness (62.86%) and assurance (54.2%), while the highest percentage of dissatisfaction was found in the empathy dimension (8.57%). Conclusion: Dental and oral health services at the joint practice in the Panjer area are generally good and satisfy foreign tourist patients, but continuous improvement is needed, particularly in the empathy dimension
